The individual storage units are housed in a large warehouse which has access via two roller-shutter doors. Each unit is individually sized and we offer from 3m2 to 18m2 and one or two 30m2 units. You will need to provide your own lock and only you will have access to your storage unit.
There are also individual, enclosed outside ports for cars, boats, caravans & trailers at the St Francis Road premises and undercover, warehouse storage facilities at the Seetuin facilities.
You will need to insure your own goods but the building is insured by ourselves. There is supervision at both premises during business hours with armed response alarm systems after hours in place at both locations as well as high walls with electric fencing for yard storage safety purposes.
* Please provide your own lock & key
* Storage of foodstuffs, flammables or unlawful goods prohibited
* A contract needs to be completed which will document all the terms and conditions of storage
* Storage rentals are paid in advance with a deposit required to secure a booking.
* The deposit is deducted from the following months' rental
* We require one calendar month notice
* Please note: we have no credit card facilities
